The impact of technology on your health

 1 Poor posture-  

We spent hours of our day working on laptop, watching television, scrolling or texting on our phones, this lead to the bad posture of our body, as whenever we are using our mobile we use it, our posture mostly became down and forward when we work on our laptop or when we are using our mobile, this may lead up to serious problems such as cervical pain, pain in your upper back, pain in your bones as sitting in posture like down and forward can a lot pressure in your neck and spine.

2 Isolation-

Many survey have shown that the people who spend a lot of time on their social media feel socially isolated, although social media work is to make people communicate easily and giving the people a chance to connect with anyone without thinking about the distance but the truth is the opposite, studies have found that between the age group of 19-30 people who do not use social media often feel less lonely then the people who use social media on daily basis and regularly.

3 Eyestrain-

The another impact that the technology can have on your body is eyestrain, if you spend a lot of time on your screen, keep the screen too far or too close and have very increased screen brightness then it could lead to eyestrain. To avoid eyestrain keep taking regular break while being on the screen.

4 Depression-

Being around all over the social media and always staying online can lead up to depression, now many of you will not agree but this is the truth as social media is full of people who want to show off their money, house, beauty to other and seeing those things are good unless you start seeing only the things which will make you feel inferior.

5 Sleep problems-

The reason why you cannot sleep on time sometime could be chatting or watching your new television series or anything trendy.
